Ever???" It's their country, and hence their immigration and their security. Unification Minister Lee Jong-seok said on Monday said Seoul would offer "bold" economic support to North Korea in the next inter-Korean ministerial talks to resolve the plight of South Koreans abducted by the North. "Our goal is to confirm whether South Koreans abducted by the North are alive and bring them back," Lee told the National Assembly.
"The government will do what it must do to resolve the issue."

I'm trying to imagine a sovereign nation kidnapping Canadian citizens, and expecting economic aid to "resolve the issue". To understand how fucked up North Korean society is, one does not need to look further than this story. After demonstrating a willingness to spread the ass-cheeks and let Kim Jong Il wail on the rectum that IS South Korean foreign policy... It's hard not to argue that the R.O.K's official policy towards the D.P.R.K, is to keep them in power at all cost.
Kim Jong Il's evil ideology will always exist beside South Korea, as long as the government and the nation remain pacifist cowards.

China Donates Equipment to Korean Hydro-Meteorological Service
Pyongyang, April 17, 2006 (KCNA) -- The Ministry of Water Resources of China donated equipment for communications and hydrological observation to the Hydro-Meteorological Service of the DPRK. The day AFTER the "huge" snowstorm. A donation ceremony was held here Monday. Wheee! Abnormal Snow in Korea
Pyongyang, April 17 2006 (KCNA) -- Rain and Snow fell in most parts of the DPRK on Monday due to the effect of depression moving from Huabei of China to the northward of the West Sea of Korea. In an interview with KCNA, Ri Chol Su, vice-director of the Central Weather Forecast Institute under the Hydro-Meteorological Service, said: In Pyongyang area it snowed from around 06:30 to around 09:00. The snow lied 1 centimeter thick*snicker* and its precipitation was 2 millimeters. Eh, what can I say? It's been a slow news week... Such phenomenon was observed in Korea on April 17, Juche 51 (1962). This phenomenon was attributable to the fact that the cold air stratum below zero degree C was nearly 400 meters high from the ground in and around the country, and NOT global warming. Therefore, the snow formed in the stratosphere fell to the ground without thawing. Interesting. Such abnormal climate is rare to be seen in Pyongyang area. In April when the spring comes around, all kinds of flowers bloom and the seeds sowed in March begin to sprout. The untimely snowfall exerts harmful influence on the growth of the crops and plants.
