Preemptive news cycle...

Spokesman for Foreign Ministry Assails U.S. Cry for Preemptive Attack
Pyongyang, March 22, 2006 (KCNA) -- A preemptive attack is not the monopoly of the United States, warns a spokesman for the DPRK Foreign Ministry in an answer given to a question put by KCNA Tuesday in connection with the fact that the U.S. in a recent "report on national security strategy" designated the DPRK as an "outpost of tyranny " and a "target of preemptive attack" once again. "Once again"? More like every fucking day. Was yesterday's "news" a rare coincidence? The Bush administration singled out those countries which are not meekly following it from an independent stand, including the DPRK, as "outposts of tyranny," revealing its undisguised attempt to realize its wild ambition to realize "regime change" through a "preemptive attack", he said, and went on once again: The above-said "report" reveals the U.S. intention to start a war to prevent nuclear proliferation, "combat terrorism" and "spread democracy." It is, therefore, nothing but a brigandish document declaring a war as it is an indication that the Bush regime will not rule out even a war to bring down those countries which refuse to follow its ideology of freedom and view on value of freedom by branding them as enemies of freedom without exception. Today the Bush regime is to blame for unhesitatingly committing war and military intervention, stepping up the modernization of nuclear weapons and "encouraging the spread of weapons of mass destruction", defying all the principles of international law and unbiased public opinion to meet its narrow-minded partisan purpose. It is the root cause of aggression, war and arms race. Such aggressive nature of the Bush administration finds a more striking manifestation in its policy towards the Korean Peninsula. Well, the northern half, anyway...
The Bush administration again cried out for a "preemptive attack" at a time when it let loose a string of balderdash against the DPRK after labeling it part of an "axis of evil" and an "outpost of tyranny" and worthy of an unprovoked nuclear strike and is increasing such physical pressure as financial sanctions and joint military exercises against it. This brings to light the Bush administration's intention to invariably pursue its hostile policy toward the DPRK. The Bush administration is talking about the "six-party talks" "and the like" but, in actuality, everybody is not interested in them at all. That's a fair calculation... It is the calculation of the U.S. that it will evade the fulfillment of such commitment as the provision of light water reactors it made in the September 19 joint statement even if the talks are resumed. We made nuclear weapons to cope with the U.S. nuclear threat. Hmmmmm. Didn't I just read, how America was "encouraging the spread of weapons of mass destruction"?

The Bush administration is sadly mistaken if it thinks the DPRK will yield to the outside pressure and surrender to it when Pyongyang is steadily driven to a tight corner. It is our traditional fighting method to react to the increasing pressure head-on, without making any detour. The same method will be applied to countering the U.S. A preemptive attack is not the monopoly of the U.S. Military, economic, and political power are though. I'm sure Kim Jong Il knows what will happen to North Korea very fast, if it ever preemptively attacked U.S interests.

Preemptive news...

U.S. Stepped-Up Nuclear Arms Build-Up under Fire
Pyongyang, March 21, 2006 (KCNA) -- The United States is a nuclear criminal as it does not hesitate to bring a nuclear holocaust to humankind and a nuclear rogue bereft of reason, preoccupied by nuclear hysteria,
For whatever reason, Kim Jong Il decided to SOMEHOW "step-up" the anti-U.S propaganda. Somehow America is the hysterical nation...
says Minju Joson Tuesday in a signed commentary accusing the U.S. of its dangerous moves to maintain an unchallenged edge in the field of the nuclear armed forces and realize its ambition to dominate the world. Drawing attention to the U.S. moves to round off the preparations for a preemptive nuclear attack on the DPRK through the modernization of nuclear weapons, even though current nuclear weapons will suffice, the "news analyst" goes on: The U.S. developed new-type nuclear missiles capable of penetrating underground aimed to destroy underground military facilities in the DPRK and has already decided to deploy them in south Korea on a priority basis. Now it is busy with its moves to develop and deploy the missile defense system (MD) as a prerequisite to realizing its attempt at a preemptive nuclear attack. A preemptive nuclear attack on the front page of the newspaper day after day, I imagine would be more than just "stressful". It might be more accurate to describe it as a complete and total mind-fuck... It decided to deploy 20 interceptor missiles in Alaska and two more of them in California by 2007 under the pretext of countering "missile attack" from the DPRK. This cannot be interpreted otherwise than a serious development as the true objective of its moves to bolster MD is to neutralize the defense capability of the DPRK and mount a preemptive nuclear attack on it without much difficulty. America could destroy North Korea, without nuclear weapons, without much difficulty. The DPRK will increase its war deterrent in every way to foil the U.S. hostile policy toward it and Washington's escalated moves to provoke a new war. All the D.P.R.K will be escalating is the nuclear hysteria...

U.S. Nuclear-Powered Carrier to Be Involved in Joint Military Exercises
Pyongyang, March 18, 2006 (KCNA) -- The U.S. imperialists announced that the nuclear-powered carrier "Abraham Lincoln" would be anchored in the East Sea of KoreaThat's great news. The D.P.R.K would be wise to fear American Nuclear Carriers... during the entire period of the large-scale joint military exercises to be held across south Korea from Mar. 25, according to the south Korean KBS. An exercise in necessary preparation. Is North Korea without a battle plan? This development brings to light the danger of the exercises to be launched by the U.S. imperialists soon and their real intention to ignite a nuclear war on the Korean Peninsula at any cost. What's the holdup then???
