China Donates Equipment to Korean Hydro-Meteorological Service
Pyongyang, April 17, 2006 (KCNA) -- The Ministry of Water Resources of China donated equipment for communications and hydrological observation to the Hydro-Meteorological Service of the DPRK. The day AFTER the "huge" snowstorm. A donation ceremony was held here Monday. Wheee! Present at the ceremony were Ko Il Hun, director of the Hydro-Meteorological Service, and officials concerned, Wu Donghe, Chinese ambassador to the DPRK, and embassy officials and members of the delegation of the Chinese Ministry of Water Resources headed by Deng Jian, director of the Bureau of Hydrology. Speeches were made on "the occasion". North Korea has gotten so accustomed to socialistic handouts and aid, they throw a fucking party when someone gives shit to them...
