DPRK Foreign Ministry Clarifies Stand on New Measure to Bolster War Deterrent
Pyongyang October 3, 2006 (KCNA) -- The Foreign Ministry of the "Democratic" "People's" "Republic" of Korea issued the following statement Tuesday solemnly clarifying the DPRK stand on the new measure to be taken by it to bolster its war deterrent(nuclear weapons) for self-defense: The U.S. daily increasing threat of a nuclear war and its vicious sanctions North Korea. The only country in the world terrified by the "vicious" U.N... and pressure have caused a grave/normal situation on the Korean Peninsula in which the supreme interests and security of our "State" are seriously infringed upon and the Korean nation stands at the crossroads of life and death. As North Korea starves to death... The U.S. has become more frantic in its military exercises and arms build-up on the peninsula and in its vicinity for the purpose of launching the second Korean war since it made a de facto "declaration of war" against the DPRK through the recent brigandish adoption of a *snicker* UNSC resolution. Those North Koreans really ARE afraid of the U.N. I guess that's what happens when you're the only country to have waged open war against it... At the same time it is making desperate efforts to internationalize the sanctions and blockade against the DPRK by leaving no dastardly means and methods untried in a foolish attempt to isolate and stifle it economically and bring down the socialist system chosen by its people themselves. But chosen mostly by the Kim Il dynasty... The present Bush administration has gone the lengths of making ultimatum that it would punish the DPRK if it refuses to yield to the U.S. within the timetable set by it. Punish the DPRK for being useless communist fucks, I say... Under the present situation in which the U.S. moves to isolate and stifle the DPRK have reached the worst phase, going beyond the extremity, the DPRK can no longer remain an on-looker to the developments. The DPRK has already declared that it would take all necessary countermeasures to defend the sovereignty of the country and the dignity of the nation from the Bush administration's vicious hostile actions. The DPRK Foreign Ministry is authorized to solemnly declare as follows in connection with the new measure to be taken to bolster the war deterrent(nuclear weapons) for self-defense: Firstly, the field of scientific research of the DPRK will in the future conduct a nuclear test under the condition where safety is firmly guaranteed. Guaranteed safety from American weapons??? The DPRK was compelled to pull out of the NPT as the present U.S. administration scrapped the DPRK-U.S. Agreed Framework I wasn't even aware North Korea had ever even fucking recognized that "agreement"... and seriously threatened the DPRK's sovereignty and right to existence. As they should. The DPRK officially announced that it manufactured up-to-date nuclear weapons after going through transparent legitimate processes to cope with the U.S. escalated threat of a nuclear war and sanctions and pressure. Testing the American threat, yet again... The already declared possession of nuclear weapons presupposes the nuclear test. The U.S. extreme threat of a nuclear war and sanctions and pressure compel the DPRK to conduct/threaten a nuclear test, an essential process for bolstering nuclear deterrent, as a corresponding measure for defense. Secondly, the DPRK will never use nuclear weapons first but strictly prohibit any threat of nuclear weapons and nuclear transfer. Except when transferring said nuclear weapons technology to countries that are friendly to North Korea and enemies of America... A people without reliable war deterrent are bound to meet a tragic death and the sovereignty of their country is bound to be wantonly infringed upon. This is a bitter lesson taught by the bloodshed resulting from the law of the jungle in different parts of the world(Iraq). The DPRK's nuclear weapons will serve as reliable war deterrent for protecting the supreme interests of the state and the security of the Korean nation from the U.S. threat of aggression and averting/starting a new war and firmly safeguarding an unachievable peace and instability on the Korean peninsula under any circumstances. The DPRK will always sincerely implement its international commitment in the field of nuclear non-proliferation, by proliferating a nuclear weapon test, as a responsible nuclear weapons state. As an economically failed state also... Thirdly, the DPRK will do its utmost to realize the denuclearization of the peninsula and give impetus to the world-wide nuclear disarmament and the ultimate elimination of nuclear weapons. By building more nuclear weapons, and giving a couple to Al-Qaida... As the DPRK has been exposed to the U.S. nuclear threat and blackmail over the past more than half a century, it proposed the denuclearization of the peninsula before any others and has since made utmost efforts to that end. By developing nuclear weapons... The U.S., however, abused the idea of denuclearization set out by the DPRK for isolating and stifling the ideology and system chosen by its people, and the Il's, while systematically disregarding all its magnanimity and sincerity. After covertly developing nuclear weapons... The ultimate goal of the DPRK is not a "denuclearization" to be followed by its unilateral disarmament but one aimed at settling the hostile relations between the DPRK and the U.S. and removing the very source of all nuclear threats from the Korean Peninsula and its vicinity. What?!?! Russia and China? The ultimate goal of the United States of America is the end of North Korean tyranny... There is no change in the "principled" stand of the DPRK to not materialize the denuclearization of the peninsula through dialogue and negotiation. And a buildup of nuclear weapons... The DPRK will make positive efforts to denuclearize the peninsula its own way, by nuclearizing the Korean peninsula without fail despite all challenges and difficulties.

It is?

"but you never answer properly."
Uh ohhhh, here come the waterworks...

"So how you have the nerve to call it crying is beyond me!"
So are you ever going to get around to saying something about this latest horrifying "report", North Korea, the DPRK or perhaps Kim Jong Il, sometime soon???

Lol. You are absolutely fucking pathetic. Time and time again, you prove how unbelievable you are.

What is this with me crying? Is it because I win every single argument? Or is it because my username has something very close to the English word of "cry"? It's fucking hilarious, because you can't argue at all. You put up some posts, with capital letters and an complete overdose on exclamation marks, and then once challenged, cannot even defend your points. Then you accuse me of crying! I laugh at you. Yes, I do! And it's not just your incompetence. It's your assumption that I'm a commie and that I love North Korea to name a few of your outraegous claims, despite me constantly refuting these! You really, really need to grow up; or at least learn to defend your points without resorting to completely childish remarks that make you look like a complete and utter twat.

I've been visiting here for almost a year now, and you have not finished off a single, yes, A SINGLE, argument.

"So are you ever going to get around to saying something about this latest horrifying "report", North Korea, the DPRK or perhaps Kim Jong Il, sometime soon??? "

Well, I don't know why I should treat you. It's not like you can defend your points without resorting to claiming that I'm crying!

Come to think of it, it's not like you can defend your points full stop. How about going back to every post that I've answered since September or so from last year and perhaps attempting to salvage something?

If you really want to do anything with politics or debate, then being reasonable is one of them, something which you obviously do not understand.

And yes, I know your response is going to be either something a) about me crying, b) about me being a commie loser, or c) about how the left is shit, and the right is "right" (what is it about you and shit puns?)

I probably shouldn't mess though. You are the sworn enemy of Kim, in your own words. You must have done something pretty badly to piss him off.

I assume your a fucking commie, but I have no idea how you feel about North Kroea considering you never say shit about it...

"Well, I don't know why I should treat you."
Treat me to what? More inane leftist talking points that have fuckall to do with North Korea?

"You must have done something pretty badly to piss him off."
Wrong. Kim Jong Il "must have done something pretty badly" to piss ME off...

Well, you've avoided every point that I've raised, showing your incompetence again, but:

"Wrong. Kim Jong Il "must have done something pretty badly" to piss ME off... "

Well, why are you his sworn enemy then? Do you have a grasp of English?

It's a valid point... If not UNRELATING to North Korea!!!!!!!!!

"and then once challenged, cannot even defend your points."

"Then you accuse me of crying! I laugh at you. Yes, I do!"

China likely sells its out of date factory seconds to Kimjongo and he rattles the hardware and then the West increases foreign aid.

Let them run their test. With any luck it will stall out and fall right back where it came from. = TG

"No, but George W. Bush has the English government in his pocket, according to the left."

No. He has the BRITISH government in his pocket, according to everybody. There is no such thing as an English government.
