The nothing left...

Now that everyone has had time to ponder a nuclear North Korea reality, most have had nothing to say but the most blatant and obvious. The left is no exception.
I'll take this opportunity to showcase the pathetic and oblivious nature of the other side of the political spectrum. Absolutely nothing to say about North Korea, and nothing Good to say about George W. Bush, or America. Every word completely predictable, of course.
Let's start with some of the more notorious leftist offenders of myblagh.com. Arthurdecco sets the tone.
This is the inevitable and natural result of the American's bellicosity and belligerence as mis-directed by the present Rethuglican administration.
Regardless of the fact North Korea's nuclear weapon program was developing before George W. Bush, and accelerated by Bill Clinton. Unfortunately, this is one of the more intelligent comments...

This bit of leftist wisdom by Bill Muskota highlights how feigned the left's concern really is for Kim Jong Il's nuclear arsenal.
Someone needs to SMACK Bush and remind him he is NOT the President of the World, just a Lame Duck politician in the U.S.. Regardless of how unstable Kim Ill is or may be.
The only point at which Kim Jong Il is even discussed "Il" is spelt wrong, but at least Bush's culpability is still always assumed...
North Korea is not under the direction of Chimperor Bush or anyone else.
Why is this so damn hard for people to grasp?
There's no logic there to grasp. Bill's comment has nothing to do with the issue at hand, and is instead just the same old slandering of Bush. Prototypical leftist behavior.
Hopefully, Harper will just shut up completely on the subject. Just like he has on a real issue, Afghanistan!
"Shut up and change the subject", is the North Korean policy staple of the left.

On to a useless new post at myblagh by Robert McClelland:
While some members of the Canadian division of the chickenhawk brigade wallow in fear, a lone keyboard kommando steps up and declares, "From here on out, we should redouble our efforts to support those brave North Koreans who oppose their government..."
It goes without saying that "Mr." McClelland has never even heard of Camp 22, or what happens to political dissidents in North Korea. He reminds me of all those Austrians living near the death camps of WWII with no idea what was going on...

I AM SURE THAT THE TERRORIST BUSH WITH USE THIS TO JUSTIFY AN ATTACK ON NORTH KOREA IN AN EFFORT TO HELP SAVE THE WARMONGERING REPUBLICAN PARTY IN THE NOVEMBER ELECTIONS. I DOUBT THAT THERE WAS EVEN A TEST. JUST MORE LIES FROM BUSH.
Is this anonymous comment too extreme to be mainstream leftism? Of course not.
Nobody on the left is putting ANY blame on the "Democratic" "People's" "Republic" of Korea; It's all on Bush. This comment is exactly how the left honestly feels about this event, in my opinion.

Ashes of Tyranny regular cryMRU takes a break from crying to actually say something(retarded) about North Korea:
Well, will the West have the bollox to attack now?
Hopefully North Korean tyranny will be attacked with American "bollox". Here's the doozy of this post... The most illogical piece of leftist shit you will hear until the next time someone on the left talks:
If you think about it, from North Korea's point of view, it is a stabilising factor.
*snicker*
We'll see soon enough how "stabilizing" the repercussions of this event will be...

Knight: With respect, I posted a response to your comments over at http://ashesoftyranny.blogspot.com/; I obviously should have been clearer because much of what you understood from my post was not what I meant. My apologies. In any case, would you rather continue here or there?

Lol! Well, obviously my "crying" (whatever that might be) has got too much for you, with you never finishing an argument here since I've started posting.

If I'm illogical, using reason and objectivity, then what are you, using insults, bad diction and complete subjectivity?

"We'll see soon enough how "stabilizing" the repercussions of this event will be... "

Is that an argument? Or a point? Or just a random piece of prophecy?

MATT DRUDGE TODAY HAD SEVERAL LINKS TO SITES SUCH AS THE WASHINGTON TIMES THAT STATE MOST EXPERTS NOW FEEL THAT THERE WAS NO NUCLEAR TEST.

WILL GEORGE BUSH ADMIT THAT HE RUSHED TO JUDGEMENT, JUST LIKE HE DID IN IRAQ, OR WILL HE JUST START A WAR ANYWAYS, JUST LIKE HE DID IN IRAQ.

I'm sure George W. Bush is rushing to the judgement he should have took a much HARDER line on that evil godammed government.

p.s Fuck you.

For continuing here, What do you realistically think the response of the United States and/or Canada ought to be regarding North Korea at this point. I have no problem with getting rid of the regime and this is a serious question. If you have the interest, I'd appreciate some detail. I'm not trying to bait you or insult you. I'm seriously interested in what you think would be the best moves practically and ethically.

For that matter, what concrete things can individuals do?

Massive amounts of conventional Airpower.

"I have no problem with getting rid of the regime"
Who the fuck does genius? Why state the completely OBVIOUS???

"and this is a serious question."
No. It's a serious problem, and has been for a long time...

"I'm seriously interested in what you think would be the best moves practically and ethically."
The best move ethically is convincing China to cut Kim Jong Il's fucking head off. The best move practically is a massive amount of conventional American Airpower.

Kill Kim Jong Il.
By a knife or a bomb...

Knight: I'm trying to learn something here and I appreciate you being straight-forward. Actually, there are idiots out there who actually support the NK regime (all of them leftists); I'm just not one of them.

Another serious question: what do you think the Chinese and/or Japanese response would be if the North American governments did conventionally bomb North Korea?

And I don't see either you or me with a knife of a bomb close enough to Kim Jong Il in the near future. Anything else a little more pragmatic?

China will be pacifist losers at always, which means Chinese vaults loaded with American dollars has much more value than to China than North Korea.
Japan should only say: "Do what you must before they do what you did to us..."

"And I don't see either you or me with a knife of a bomb close enough to Kim Jong Il in the near future. Anything else a little more pragmatic?"
I think George W. Bush's approach to the Saddam Hussein problem was adequate. I'm willing to settle for the Bill Clinton approach to the Milosevic problem...
