North Korea has been playing the nuclear card to win diplomatic and economic benefits since a standoff began in October 2002 after Washington said Pyongyang had admitted to a secret program to enrich uranium, violating a 1994 accord.
Seems to me, Kim has been playing "nuclear poker" even BEFORE his old man croaked. Whenever North Korea has a problem... With the U.S military based in the South, or it's standing in the world, or it's aid from China, they ratchet up the fear and, just see what happens. For fun, I guess.
Fuck George. Call the bluff. Pay him off on his "nuclear bullets" if you have to... JUST SEE WHAT THE FUCK HE HAS!!!!!!
Pyongyang has since denied having such a program beyond its known plutonium plant.Yea, see... This is a conflicting media report. It depends what day someone "happens" to ask the K.C.N.A. One day they are against war at all costs!!! Next day, all they can talk about is fire.

the gross miscalculation in Iraq is gonna prevent "W" from doing anything in North Korea, How will the congress or senate ever approve any funds for the Bush Regime too go on another wild goose chase for weapons of mass destruction that may or may not be there, only the UN can sanction any action in N.Korea, Doing it buy yourself has proven a terrible mistake

Like staging Operation Ulji Focus Lens? So what? Who ever said that South Korea needed American troops. Only glorious American military technology is needed to crush Kim's million man "only-fed" Army.

Yea, that foreign policy of Bill Clinton's was sooooooooo succesful at helping the average North Korean... His policy of, don't nuke us, feel "free" to oppress away.
