Trust This

PYONGYANG (Reuters) - North Korea said it would be willing to dismantle its nuclear weapons programme and rejoin the Nuclear Proliferation Treaty if there was trust at six-party talks on that programme, visiting Thai Foreign Minister Kantathi Suphamongkhon told reporters on Sunday. Kantathi met his North Korean counterpart, Paek Nam-sun, in the North Korean capital on Saturday.

North Korea would not find itself in this situation if ANYBODY trusted Kim Jong Il. If there is a deal, it will be broken...As it always has in the past. It's Hard-Line time.
