WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The United States on Monday had its third diplomatic contact in a week with North Korea to prepare for six-party talks on dismantling the nation's suspected nuclear arms programs, a U.S. official said.

Sometimes they have them, sometimes they could use them, sometimes they may dismantle them.
Sometimes they will enter six-nation talks, sometimes they won't.
Sometimes they'll call you three times a week, sometimes not at all.
Ya ever get the feeling Kim has never really TRIED diplomacy?
