The stink of a New Kew Bloom

Aug. 22 (Bloomberg) -- North Korean Leader Kim Jong Il may give up the communist nation's nuclear weapons program in return for security guarantees, energy and economic aid...

For what... the 17th time? How long is North Korea's economy going to rely on AID... FUCKING BLACKMAILED from the U.S and others.

"The U.S. and North Korea failed to narrow their differences in Beijing after 13 days of talks and declared the recess on Aug. 7."
I notice the U.S was mentioned first. What stake does the U.S have in in ensuring North Korea does not possess nuclear weapons, that no one else does? Are these talks NOT based around Kim Jong Il's actions?

"Talks stalled after North Korea insisted on retaining a peaceful nuclear program to produce power. "
Replace the word "power" with "weapons".

U.S. officials are concerned that North Korea may convert a civilian nuclear program to military use and build nuclear weapons.
Nooooo... I thought the U.S(and many other national) officials were concerned that North Korea had declared it already built nuclear weapons, or was Bloomburg...uh... misinformed half-a-year ago?
