U.S. "Defense Review Report" Flailed
Pyongyang, March 10, 2006 (KCNA) -- The U.S. Department of Defense on Feb. 1 made public a "defense review report", which contains plans for the reinforcement of special armed forces, the increase of maneuverability of ground and air forces, the maintenance of the navy's capability of simultaneously operating on the sea and the coast

and the intensified collection of information in 20 years to cope with "terrorism" and "threat".
Sounds like a sound (Con)plan(5029) to me...
After all, the "report" is considered to be a long-term plan for aggressive military actions designed to conduct the "war on terrorism" on a worldwide scale, mainly upon the last two axis Rodong Sinmun today says in a signed article. Branding the "report" as a document of aggression and war to realize the U.S. ambition for domination over the Asia-Pacific region and carry into overall practice the "strategy for preemptive attack", the article says: What draws attention in the "report" is the simulation of a "dangerous state". Nobody has to simulate an impoverished country... The U.S. seeks to ignite a war against the DPRK at any cost so as to realize its wild ambition for domination over the whole of Korea and take it as a breakthrough in conquering Asia. Yea, those poor "conquered" South Koreans and Japanese. That is why the U.S. intends to convert its forces in south Korea into "rapid task forces" under the pretext of "strategic flexibility" to escalate its military intervention in the Korean Peninsula and other parts of Asia. The "report" was worked out and announced at a time when humankind stands for peace against war as tyrants fall more staunchly than ever before. It is an act of going against the trend of the times towards opposing detente and an open challenge to humankind's oppressed, and their desire for peace. The world's peace-loving people should see through the aggressive nature of the U.S. imperialists and their ambition for world supremacy and wage a vigorous struggle against their aggression and war moves. In other news, "US announces military drills that Pyongyang hates"...

SEOUL, South Korea — North Korea accused the United States on Sunday of stepping up preparations to attack and said that justified the communist state's nuclear weapons program.

JUSTIFIED MY ASS.

North Korea's Minju Joson newspaper cited planned drills with South Korea and other U.S. military activity in the Asia-Pacific region as evidence Washington was preparing to invade

WE CAN ONLY HOPE.

BEIJING, March 14 (Reuters) - Officials from the World Food Programme flew into Pyongyang on Tuesday for talks on resuming aid to North Korea that would feed millions in the impoverished country.

NORTH KOREA IS SINKING MILLIONS OF DOLLARS INTO A NUCLEAR PROGRAM WHILE ITS CITIZENS STARVE. APPARENTLY KIM JONG Il, IS THE ONLY NORTH KOREAN WHO IS LIVING COMFORTABLY, AND SUPPORTS THE CURRENT GOVERNMENTS DIRECTION. HE IS WILLING TO TAKE DONATIONS OF FOOD AND RATIONS FROM THE WORLD FOOD PROGRAM FOR HIS COUNTRY BUT UNWILLING TO RESUME TALKS ABOUT NORTH KOREAS NUCLEAR WEAPONS PROGRAM. TIME TO MOVE IN AND SOUTH KOREANIZE THIS COUNTRY.

People who regularly smoke marijuana may find their memories growing hazy over time, a study published Monday suggests.

In a study of long-term and shorter-term marijuana users, researchers in Greece found that both groups performed more poorly on tests of memory, attention and other cognitive abilities than a comparison group who'd only occasionally used the drug.

Long-term users - who'd smoked four or more joints per week for at least 10 years - showed the greatest deficits.
