WASHINGTON National Intelligence Director John Negroponte said Thursday that the al-Qaeda terror network remains the "top concern" of the U.S. intelligence community, followed closely by the nuclear activities of Iran and North Korea.
Kim Jong Il has to realize after 5 years, George W. Bush isn't about to give him a free pass to exist. Blackmailing tyrants are LESS likely to be compromised with, when Republicans run the show. I wonder if any future Canadian diplomats will be giving accolades to high-ranking members of the "Democratic" People's" "Republic" of Korea...
