A Choice

WASHINGTON (Reuters) Fri Sep 9, 2005 - Fuel-starved North Korea could be hooked up to South Korea's electrical grid within three years if it agreed to abandon its nuclear ambitions, chief U.S. negotiator Christopher Hill said on Friday.
It seems as though North Korea has a simple choice to make for it's energy NEEDS; expensive and radioactive nuclear power, or CHEAP South Korean juice...
Anyone a gambler like me? I bet Kim will go (with) nuclear.
