I guess to the mind of the left, brutal tyrants are just isolated, misunderstood leaders, that only need some "tough talk" to change their evil ways. One would expect American Democrats to be ashamed of the progress of North Korea's nuclear weapon program, considering they helped build it. They're not though. The left simply considers talk much more important than real solutions.
