I know this is not a nice thing to see me advocate, but I will never ignore something that is RIGHT!
They said North Korea’s chronic food shortages are brought about by a system that bars direct approaches from the people and allows the regime to ignore their plight. Thus international aid can only ever be a stopgap to fundamental systemic change, they said.
